The Lohier Jubilee Foundation (the “Foundation”) is a Private Family Foundation, nonprofit, nonstock corporation organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and religious purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to other organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.

 

In particular, we provide financial assistance to the less fortunate.
